Meab Mover
The electric transporter is the ideal solution for linear scrap removal from all types of presses.
The principle behind the electric transporter is the slow accelerating forward stroke and the rapid return stroke that makes the material move forward.
Unlike other transporters the meab mover doesn’t have to be near the tool itself. The compact design makes it easy to install in confined, congested areas.The scrap trays pass under the tool and onto the occulting beam and clear of the tooling.
The electric transporter can be used with a singel tray stretching some 10 meters or more depending on width but is also adaptable for mulitray solutions.
The electric transporter is easily adaptable to meet your requirements. A selection of trays can be mounted on the unit. Common ‘low profile’ trays can be used for different tools and applications. The length of the trays presents no problem. If using trays over 3 metres, linear bearing supports can be provided. Models available for press bolster widths from 200mm to 5,000mm
